I live in Marathon in the Middle Florida Keys. I’ve lived in Florida for nine years and have been a licensed Florida Realtor® during that entire time. I specialize in helping Buyers find their dream properties and navigate the sometimes tricky buying process in the Keys. I work with Buyers who are looking to relocate to Florida full-time or buy an investment property, often a vacation rental with the intent to use it occasionally themselves and perhaps retire there when the time comes. These properties include single family homes, duplexes, condominiums and even vacant land.
The factors involved in buying a Keys property can be more challenging than in more traditional real estate markets. Building codes, property insurance, environmental restrictions, local regulations limiting development, access to navigable water – all these factors and more contribute to the complexities that Buyers and their Realtor® must navigate to be successful.
My exceptional interpersonal, customer support and technical computer skills have been developed over many years as a Top Producer in several real estate markets including Baltimore and Atlanta. I was also a key member of a sales and marketing team at Oracle Corporation where I supported sales by preparing and presenting software demonstrations and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
